This includes organising Photos, Floor Plan, EPC Assessment, Gas/Electric Safety Certification and preparation of the listing for submission to online marketing sites, such as Rightmove, Primelocation and Zoopla to advertise your property to the widest possible audience.

We use an online Advertising Agency and the cost we charge is covering their direct costs and for being at your property to supervise the various service people on your behalf.  We would ask you to provide a spare key for this service, and we would confirm all appointments directly with you prior to allowing access to your property.
