My name is Gwen Petitpierre and I started FP Property Services as a vehicle to enable my own property management in 2006. I felt it would be a tidy way to market and run my properties, of which I have managed to buy 2 - just tiny studio flats, but investment properties nonetheless.

As time progressed, my full time work took over, children to rear, mortgages to pay and steady income to achieve and FP Properties became rather a background venture. I advised two clients on their BTL purchases, doing the research, balancing the numbers, ensuring their investments provided them with a suitable income, and pointing them at registered and reputable lettings agents.

10 years on and not much had changed. I still had my two studio flats, I had passed my Project Management exams with the Association of Project Managers, my children were grown and were at college and in Australia and I was still trying to decide what to do with my life, when I happened to meet my wonderful husband.

Adrian Pope is a carpenter and works in Property Maintenance. I now have 3 of my own properties that I let out and manage and am building a portfolio of other properties that I manage on behalf of other people.

Adrian and I work together to ensure that we provide the most efficient and stress free service to our clients, most of whom started off as friends. We try to provide services that are as cost efficient as possible, understanding that with each tenancy there can be unexpected expenses, despite the most careful planning and management. We work to provide you with excellent communication and as little disturbance as possible, whilst ensuring the best tenant for your property and financial needs. 

We understand that not all landlords are rich fat cats, and most of us are ordinary people trying to make our savings as productive as possible whilst providing a comfortable and safe home for our tenants.
