We liaise with potential tenants, organise an Open Day within dates and hours to suit you and show your property to its best advantage. We will then supervise the viewings and collate potential tenant feedback, ready to propose a potential tenant to you.

Home viewings can be tricky when it is your own home that you are trying to sell...it's all a bit too personal and it isn't always a comfortable thought that someone else will be using your furniture or white goods, or indeed sitting in your garden. We will work with you to minimise disruption and intrusion and show your home as a business prospect on your behalf.
